In the heart of Kolding is the town's landmark - Koldinghus Castle. A cultural experience the like of which is rarely found in Denmark. The castle's original walls, some of which are still partially preserved, can be dated all the way back to the middle of the 13th century. In the old supply cellar under Koldinghus Castle's north wing you will find Café Koldinghus.
With the historic surroundings at Koldinghus, the naked and raw bricks in the café as well as an exciting menu with a solid base in good Danish food, guests can expect a unique and different restaurant experience in original royal surroundings.
